Return Policy

We hope that you always love your merchandise from Lucylea Boutique! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Merchandise is eligible for store credit or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. After this time frame, products cannot be accepted due to product moving quickly through our inventory system.

Items purchased in a SALE category/$25 & Under category are FINAL SALE. 

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Mail Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If you choose to exchange for another item or would rather have a store credit, please let us know. You will be notified via e-mail, at the email address listed on your order when your order was placed, with your online code for store credit once we have processed your return.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, a refund or store credit will be emailed to you. 

We are not responsible for lost returns. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days upon arrival. Please email us lucyleaboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
